Stay The Course
The Plug and Chug experiment is rolling along. Wrestling season is over now and I have more time to play, but I’m essentially playing for a good summer arrangement. I’m trying to rack up the $26 and $75 tokens and any cash that comes from a third place finish and then turning every token in excess of 10 into a new game.
I’ve had a lot of luck with the $26 token games. Out of the six I’ve played, three have been converted into $75 tokens and one into a third place finish that placed another $64 into my account. Not a bad return on my investment.
I can see this turning into more than enough money to pay for my Vegas trip in June. Time will tell if I can cover an entry into a WSOP game.
Wrestling update: My team finished 13-3 on the season and I took 47 wrestlers to an open tournament featuring more than ten teams and 28 of them took home ribbons, placing in the top six. Additionally, we had five champions on the day. Not a bad season for some hard-working wrestlers.
Wednesday I’m off to the NCAA Division I wrestling nationals in St. Louis for a little post-season R&R.
